Acecn is one of the earliest AWP (Aerial Work Platform) manufacturers in China, with a wealth of experience and innovations under our belt. Acecn products are readily available across China as well as overseas, including South East Asia, Australia, the Middle East, South America, and Europe.

As a pioneer of aerial work platform manufacturing in China, we pride ourselves on an outstanding grasp of core technology. Acecn has attained more than100 independent intellectual property rights, with utility patents, core technologies, technical capabilities and quality performance being well established by domestic and international authorities in the trade.

As a member of IPAF (the International Powered Access Federation) and the China Engineering Machinery Association, Acecn was listed by and given government support as one of the key enterprises in the under 100 billion RMB industrial clusters (for equipment manufacturing). Moreover, Acecn has passed Australian ADR certification, European CE and Russian GOST standards.

In 2010, Acecn invested forklift plant, nowadays it is one of famous brand of electric forklift in China, since 2015, we started to forklift to the USA market. especially we developed 17T forklift

to meet market demand. In future, more new forklift would be made by Acecn.

In June 2013, our company was listed as one of the national strategic emerging industrial projects.
In April 2013, our new industrial park went into operation.
In February 2013, our products have been certificated by GOST-TR3.
In November 2012, the off-road diesel scissor lift GTJZ16, the Articulated boom lift GTZZ25 and the Spider lift GTSZ30 were displayed at Bauma in Shanghai.
In September 2012, the first spider lift GTSZ30 with crawler belt was successfully trial-produced.
In May 2012, our company was awarded as “Advanced Enterprise for Being Listed and Benchmarked”

In April 2010, on behalf of China AWP Manufacturers, we got its first show at the Bauma Exhibition in Munich of Germany.

Customer Service from ACECN

Acecn hereby sincerely committed to provide after sales service.

Upon the Acecn machines arrival at the customers’ site, Acecn will send professional engineers to work together with customer staff for the pre-delivery inspections, as per the commercial conditions.

Acecn will provide a free 12-months warranty package. In this period, if any failure caused by design or manufacturing process, Acecn will immediately make responses for the problem-shooting solutions, for the labor cost and the parts during the warranty period.

If the buyer asks for the service & maintenance resulting from the machine failures out of warrantee,Acecn still offer life-long maintenance, spare parts supply and technical support services with paid service.

Technical Service and Support

Acecn is always with you, when you need any assistance with your Acecn machines.
Our technical service and support team is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to make sure you can reach us when you need to keep your machines working.

We committed the response hours not higher than 12 hours for areas with dealers, and 24 hours for areas without dealers.

ACECN provides Operational Manuals, Maintainance Manuals and parts Manuals together with the machines, electrical copies will normally not be given only when needed and requested.

Consumable parts are sent together with the machines as well.
